Quick
and easy, so good its unbelievable, I can definitely see
why some Italians eat it on a daily basis.
Fresh pasta
cooks much quicker, and in my opinion does taste nicer
than dried, but unless you are trying to impress someone
,or its a special occasion, or you simply have got ages
to cook, its not worth it for everyday usage. Dried pasta
from the supermarket is perfectly good, keeps for ages,
and is cheap too so take advantage.
Try to stock up on different kinds of rice, some people
never experiment further than long grain white, and
there is a huge selection.
