Vodka
Tomatoes
I
had these at some friends of the family,(the Yates,
renound for their food ), last
Christmas. I'm not sure if it's their recipe, but all the
same, they're rather tasty and rather intoxicating
too...just how I like it.
You
need:
cherry tomatoes
garlic finely chopped
sea salt
vodka
Cut
a shallow cross shape in the top of each tomato. Put
them in a bowl and add the garlic (as much or as little
as you like), a little salt, and above all vodka, (again
as little {for boys}or as much {get stuck in}as you
like. Allow the tomatoes to soak up the vodka, stirring occasionally.
The longer you leave them the more alcohol they will
absorb. Before eating sprinkle with salt.
