Tuna with Mixed Beans

A summery dish, great on its own, with pasta, a salad, boiled potatoes, or  in a sandwich.

You need -  for 2 as a main course:
2 rashers of bacon cooked crisply chopped
1 tin of tuna steak drained
1 tin of butter beans drained
1 tin of Cannelini beans drained
1 tin of chick peas drained
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
diced cucumber
handful purple basil
1 large dollop mayonnaise
salt and pepper
vinegar
(use fresh instead of tinned for all of the above if you can, but I never do).

Mix the first 10 ingredients in a bowl, add vinegar and seasoning to taste. Cover and leave in the fridge for a least 1 hour so the ingredients all exchange flavours. Stir before serving. Simple as that.
